Why was my order cancelled?Updated 8 months ago

There are several reasons an order may be cancelled. Listed below are the most common:

Exceeds Order Limit

Due to the high demand for some of our products, we are enforcing strict order limits per household per week, as mentioned in the product listing. All orders exceeding posted limits will be cancelled. We kindly ask that you be mindful of other collectors by ordering within the listed limits. Attempts to bypass the order limit quantity will result in all orders being cancelled, not just the excess order(s). 

Items No Longer Available

Orders may need to be adjusted if is found that an item is no longer is stock. Items will be refunded to the original form of payment and nothing else will be changed.
