We are so sorry your ultrapro.com order arrived with an issue. Let us help with a resolution for you. Please click the “Contact Us” icon below and follow these steps:

  1. Select "Send Us a Message"
  2. Select "Report Issue"
  3. Add your Order Number and any other details that may help
  4. Attach any photos you have demonstrating the issue including:
    • Photo of the damaged item, showing the damage
    • Photo of the shipping box & shipping label
    • Photo of the packing slip
    • Photo of all of the items you received
  5. Allow our team a few business business days to process your request

Our team will work with you to resolve your concern.

 

Please note: Damage claims on sports card packs or boxes will only be accepted before they are opened. Once the packs or boxes have been opened, they are no longer able to be replaced for damage. Resolutions can only be provided within 60 days of invoice date.
