My order was Returned to Sender, what do I do?Updated 3 months ago

If your order has been returned to sender, please click the yellow “Contact Us” icon in the lower right corner of this page and follow these steps:

  1. Select “Other"
  2. Tell us your Order number with the comment "RTS"
  3. Add any additional details, please include if you would like your order refunded or reshipped when it arrives back at the warehouse.
  4. If you would like it reshipped please include your full address including name and phone number
  5.  Input your email so we can contact you

Allow our team 24-48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Our team will work with you on an appropriate solution for the returned order.


PLEASE NOTE: If your order is returned to sender and we do not hear from you, the order will be refunded and returned to inventory. Please be sure to reach out if you notice any issues on your shipping confirmation to avoid forfeiting your order. If your order is reshipped and returns to the warehouse for a second time, a refund for your order will be processed (excluding any shipping costs paid)
