My order says "delivered", but I have not received it!Updated a day ago

Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, Ultra PRO no longer has control over the handling, direction, or speed at which the order is transported to the customer. Furthermore, Ultra PRO is not responsible for the accuracy of shipping information provided at checkout.
If an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we encourage customers to search surrounding mailboxes, including checking with neighbors who may have received your order by mistake, before filing a claim with the carrier.

The carrier will request proof of purchase - your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails should fulfill this requirement. If any additional documentation or information is needed, you can contact Ultra PRO Customer Service by clicking the grey “...” icon in the bottom right corner of this page. From there:
- Select "I have a question about my order"
- Select "My order hasn't arrived"
- Add any additional details including your order number
- When prompted, Input your email so we can contact you
Allow our team one business day to process your request.
