My order says "delivered", but I have not received it!Updated 5 months ago

We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive as expected!

Ultra PRO is committed to fulfilling orders accurately and safely. Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, Ultra PRO no longer has control over the handling, direction, or speed at which the order is transported to the customer. Furthermore, Ultra PRO is not responsible for the accuracy of shipping information provided at checkout.

 

If an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we encourage customers to search surrounding mailboxes, including checking with neighbors who may have received your order by mistake, before filing a claim with the carrier. 

 

To submit a claim with USPS, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

To submit a claim with UPS, please visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page 

 

The carrier will request proof of purchase - your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails should fulfill this requirement. If any additional documentation or information is needed, you can contact Ultra PRO Customer Service by clicking the grey “Help” icon in the bottom right corner of this page. From there:

  1. Select "Help with my order"
  2. Provide your name, email address, and order ID
  3. Select the site you ordered from
  4. Select "Help with my shipment"
  5. Select "My order has not arrived"
  6. Please let us know in the "Additional Details" what information you need for your claim

Allow our team 24-48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

To process a claim with the carrier, you may need the address where the items where shipped from, which is our Ohio warehouse:
