If you also did not receive a confirmation email, the email address provided may have an error - please take a peek at your account to confirm the email address. If all is good there, please check your junk mail or spam filter.
For in-stock items: If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of purchase, please reach out to Customer Service Team by either replying to your confirmation email asking about the status of the order, or by clicking the "Help" Icon below, and following these steps:
- Select "Help with My Order"
- Fill in your name and email address associated with the order
- Select "Where's My Stuff?"
- Provide your Order ID if possible - it can be found on the upper right corner of your order confirmation email
- Select "No Shipping Confirmation"
- No "Additional Details" are necessary, but if there is anything else you think we should know about your situation, please provide details in this section

For pre-ordered items: You will receive a shipping notification via email when the items have arrived at our warehouse and are ready to ship. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information after the label is created.
