We're sorry that happened and would love to get this corrected for you! Please click the “Help” icon below and follow these steps:
- Select "I have a question about my order"
- Select "There is something wrong with my order."
- Add your Order Number and any other details that may help
- Attach any photos you have demonstrating the issue including:
- Photo of the damaged item, showing the damage
- Photo of the shipping box & shipping label
- Photo of the packing slip
- Photo of all of the items you received
- Allow our team a few business business days to process your request
Please allow a 24-48 hours for our team to review your request and reach out the warehouse for a corrective shipment. We will work with you to get the correct item sent out to you or a refund or credit if the item is no longer available.
