I have moved and need to change my address! How do I do that?Updated 16 days ago

To ensure your goodies show up at the correct address, these are your options: 

  • If your order has shipped, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can reroute the package. 
  • If your order has not yet shipped, you can reach out to us through the yellow bubble at the bottom right of the screen and complete these steps:
    1. Select "I have a question about my order"
    2. Select "I made a mistake when placing my order"
    3. Select "I need to update my order information"
    4. Confirm the order number and the address you would like your order to be shipped to

Our customer service team will review the request and reach out with updates as soon as possible. We should be able to update the label prior to the order being fulfilled.
