My order did not go through but I have a pending charge on my credit cardUpdated 4 months ago

If the order was not successfully placed, your account will not actually be charged.

 

Most likely, the transaction was declined from our credit card processor, but the authorization was approved by the card issuing bank, therefore the funds are being held for the purchase. Normally the funds are released when the authorization expires. This usually happens within 2 weeks, but can sometimes up to 30 days depending on the card issuing bank. You may be able to request the hold to be voided by contacting your financial institution directly. As long as you did not received an email with an order number, then the order was unsuccessful and Ultra PRO will not be collecting on the pre-authorized funds.
