If you have been in touch with our Customer Service team and they have let you know you will be getting a refund, we explain here a little more about that process.

Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment, which is typically processed in <1 business day, but may take 2-5 business days for your financial institution to release the funds.

Note: Orders purchased with cryptocurrency are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are generally only issued as a result of damaged or returned merchandise. If you believe you deserve a refund, you can reach our Customer Service Team by clicking the "Help" icon below and following these instructions:

1. Select "Help with My Order"
2. Fill in your name, email address, and order ID
3. Select the site where you placed your order
4. Fill in the rest of the form appropriately for your inquiry or concern
