I ordered the wrong items, can I return them?Updated 4 months ago

As long as the product is new and UNOPENED, you are welcome to reach out to us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. To do so, please click the "Help" icon below and follow these steps:

  1. Select "Help with My Order"
  2. Fill in your name, email address, and order ID
  3. Select the site where you placed your order
  4. Select "Make a return"
  5. "Additional Details" are not required, but you are welcome to provide any information you believe is relevant to the request

Allow 24-48 hours for our team to provide the RMA# and return instructions.

 

Once you have a return track number, you can provide it to our team so that we know when to expect the package.

 

Once we receive your return we will issue a credit to your original payment method or a shop.ultrapro.com digital gift card for the order value and taxes paid.

 

Please note: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
