We're sorry but currently there is no automated way to do this (we’re working on it). For now, if you need to check your balance, you can click on the “Help” button and follow these steps:
- Select "Product Help"
- Fill in your name and email address
- Select "I need help using a product"
- Type "Gift Card" for the Product Name
- In "Additional Details" please provide the gift card code and request the remaining balance amount
