If you have been in touch with our Customer Service team and they have let you know you will be getting a refund, we explain here a little more about that process.

 Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment, which is typically processed in <1 business day, but may take 2-5 business days for your financial institution to release the funds.

 Note: Orders purchased with cryptocurrency are not eligible for refunds.

 Refunds are generally only issued as a result of damaged or returned merchandise. If you believe you deserve a refund, you can reach our Customer Service Team by clicking the yellow "..." icon below and following these instructions:

1. Select "I have a question about my order"
2. Select "There is something wrong with my order"
3. Provide any details on the issue including your order number and any images related to to the issue
4. Provide your email so our team can contact you
